目黒のオフィスビル

築50年越えのテナントオフィスビル改修のご依頼でした。耐震改修や適法化も同時に行いました。

外観は、隣接する建物の高さや色を踏まえつつ、タイルの範囲や色を決定。周囲が薄暗くなると内部の黄色い壁がぼやっと浮かびあがるようにしました。

This project involved the renovation of an office building in Meguro, Tokyo, originally built over 50 years ago. The work included seismic retrofitting and measures to bring the building into compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

The exterior was designed in response to the surrounding urban context, with careful consideration given to the heights and colors of neighboring buildings when determining the placement and extent of the tiled surfaces.

As dusk settles over the city, the yellow walls begin to emerge from within, casting a soft glow through the windows and giving the building a quiet presence in the streetscape.
